So I have a collection of Harlequin dolls from when I was about 14 years old. I'm looking to sell it, but I really don't have any idea how much these items are worth. Does anyone have any insight into such things? Would it be better to sell individually or as a collection? Would it be best to sell on eBay or to try to find a place in town? Thoughts?

7. Dirty or Clean: I'm the type of girl who doesn't like camping because I don't like being dirty.
8. Tattoos and/or Piercings: I love both, but I only have piercings. I'm allergic to pain.
9. What's your philosophy on life? Life is for learning and living and being truly happy.

11. What is your favorite guilty pleasure? Horrible reality television
12. Tell me one odd/interesting fact about you: I get severe motion sickness and can't go on most of the rides at fairs and amusement parks.

16. What was your best/favorite subject at school? My favorite subjects were philosophy, sociology, and psychology. My best subject has always been math.
17. Describe your accent: I sound like I'm from Arizona.

20. Cigarettes or alcohol? I think I have an average of six alcoholic drinks a year. I never have a cigarette.

Anyone know of an inexpensive (read: less than $500) car in AZ or SoCal that needs a new home? Or does anyone want to donate funds to help Andy get a new car since his transmission decided it hates me and it committed suicide?

- Day one of five days off of work
- Fantastic meeting with the RT adviser this morning
- Registered to take Microbiology this summer
- Washed four comforters and four loads of laundry
- Found online traffic school options to avoid having to sit through a class
- Unfortunately melted the cats on the carpet
- Heating and cooling man can't make it before next Friday
- 90+ degrees in here (That's 32+ for those of you in Canada/England/Australia)
- Afternoon naps are becoming the norm
- Half of the closet cleaned out in preparation of a boy moving his things in
- Two bookshelves cleared for the books of the aforementioned boy
- Picking up this same boy from the airport tomorrow afternoon (The move will come later...)
- The boy meets the best friend tomorrow evening
- The boy meets the parents Saturday
- The boy has my heart always

The great events of yesterday:
- Waking up to the sound of my boyfriend's voice
- Walking into the doctor's office at 8:55am and walking back out at 9:05am
- Buying 2% Organic milk that won't expire until May 4th
- Watching Role Models and laughing my ass off, in the living room, by myself
- Getting a confirmation email for my boyfriend's flight out next month
- Making corned beef, which I haven't had in nearly 20 years
- Enjoying dinner with my best friend
The great events of today, thus far:
- Waking up after 8 hours of sleep
- Watching Rachel Getting Married, in the living room, by myself
- Getting a package from my boyfriend even though it's HIS birthday that's coming up!

When I purchased a new couch on the 7th of this month, I was told it was on back order until the 23rd. Since I hadn't heard anything, I called today to find out the status of my order. I was told by the woman on the phone that I never should have been told the 23rd because the couch is on back order until March 19th. Needless to say, I'm more than a little annoyed. I called the store to see what they had to say about it and the guy just said, "I'm showing that it's on back order until March 27th." Now I really don't know what to believe about what is happening with the couch. I'm more than just a little tempted to cancel the order entirely. I think I'm heading to another store tomorrow to see what they might be able to do for me.
Additionally, I was super excited, thinking that I was going to surprise my friend, K, and her boyfriend as well as my boyfriend with tickets to see The Late Late Show. I love me some Craig Ferguson! Sadly, they aren't filming during the week I'll be in SoCal. Neither is Chelsea Lately. Now I'm desperately seeking fun, inexpensive things to do in L.A. on a Thursday night. (The 19th of March, to be specific!)
I also have a test tonight that's putting me on edge a little bit.

I can scarcely think of anything other than my impending trip to California. Although I'm looking forward to staying here ($52/night) and here ($40/night) and eating here and here (#12!!!) and here and here (Absolutely DROOLING over a #13!) and spending time with my beautiful friend (K!), the most important part of my journey is already with me. He takes up almost all of my heart. But being able to see him again is a magic I have been dreaming of since the moment he left.

After showering, I placed my foot on the side of the tub so that I could dry my leg off with the towel. My foot slipped and my forehead came inches from smacking hard against the side of the tub where my foot had just been. All I could think was, "Wouldn't that be a terrible way to die? How embarrassing would it be to be found crumpled in a dead heap in the bathtub after merely attempting to get dry." And then I laughed. I think I have a sick sense of humor.
